TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

FOR THE BIKE


  • The bike has to be in good general condition and clean. No leaks must be detected.  

  • Side mirrors must be removed and lights must be covered to render them invisible.  

  • Tires should not have no more than 50% wear and brakes no more than 60% wear. Carbon brake disks are forbidden. 

  • Wheel weights have to be taped.  

  • The chain has to be lubrificated properly and sprockets must be in good condition.  

  • For lessons and track days assigned sticker have to be installed on the front fairing. 

  • Central stand has to be removed.  Side stand can stay in place.

  • Long points decorations at the end of handles are prohibited.

  • Gas handle has to move freely and RPM has to decrease in no time.

  • In order to reduce the mess on the track in case of crashes, all participants have to replace prestone in the the radiator  with distilled water + a special liquid to avoid overheating of the engine like RedLine liquid, Water Wetter, Cool Aid, etc..



FOR PARTICIPANTS


  • Each participant must know all requirements and directives of the organization.  

  • All the participant have to attend the rider’s meeting held at the beginning of each day  

  • Each participant must undergo equipment and bike technical inspection. All failed inspections must follow proper modification prior to accessing the track. Should modifications not be made, no reimbursement will be provided. 

  • All participants must wear safety gear: one piece leather suit or a two piece with a zipper reuniting the jacket to the pants. For lessons "La DÉROUILLÉE" and Level I, nylon, goretex or Kevlar suits are accepted. 

  • Shoulder, elbow and knee protections must be rigid.

  • Back protectors are not obligatory but highly recommended for lessons and track days and requested for racing activities. 

  • Gloves must cover wrists and boots ankles

  • Alcohol is prohibited during the activities for everybody including participants, supporters, visitors and spectators. Drugs are forbidden at all times. Prosecutors will be automatically evicted from the track without further warning or reimbursement. 

  • No violent, aggressive or poor sportsmanship will be tolerated. The track or the race director can evict anyone without reimbursement.
